Don’t have a pistol yet or aren’t sure what to purchase?

If either of these situations apply to you this is the ideal class to take.

At this all-day event you will complete TWO separate courses including all education and shooting requirements to obtain a Texas License to Carry:

BASIC PISTOL This is an introduction to pistol class covering safety, proper handling, and use of a pistol. Students will develop shooting fundamentals as well as have an opportunity to shoot the TX LTC Qualification Course for practice. Perfect for beginners and those needing a no-judgement refresher.

TEXAS LICENSE TO CARRY This course covers TX laws that relate to weapons and use of deadly force, handgun use and safety, non-violent dispute resolution, and safe pistol storage. Upon completion of the shooting and written test students will receive an LTC-100 Certificate of Training which they may submit to TX DPS for their license.

We provide ALL required items for this course, you just show up, learn, and shoot. Students will learn and qualify with easy to handle .22 caliber pistols.

TX LTC ELIGIBILITY: Generally, applicants must be at least 18 years of age. A number of factors may make individuals ineligible to obtain a license, such as: felony convictions, some misdemeanor convictions, including charges that resulted in probation or deferred adjudication; certain pending criminal charges; chemical or alcohol dependency; certain types of psychological diagnoses, and protective or restraining orders.
